Short version: we collect the minimum needed to send you what you asked for, we never sell it, and you can leave the list or ask for deletion anytime with one email.

What we collect

Email address, when you subscribe to episode alerts, request your result from the quiz, or join the AEGIS waitlist.
Quiz answers, used to build your result.
Booking details, name, email, mobile number and intake answers, when you book a call. Handled by our scheduling provider. The mobile number is optional, and what we do with it is set out under Text messages below.
Instagram messages you send to our account, handled under Meta's platform terms, used only to reply to you and keep track of our conversation.
Discord, if you join the community, your membership and messages there are handled under Discord's own terms and privacy policy. We do not export or resell any of it.

What we do with it

Send you the thing you asked for.
Occasionally send something worth your inbox. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe means unsubscribe.
Keep our own record of conversations so you never have to repeat yourself.

What we never do

Sell, rent, or trade your data. Ever.
Share it beyond the services that make this run: email delivery, scheduling, payments, hosting.
Keep data we no longer need.

Client work

If we build something for your business, we may need access to systems that hold your customers' information. We use the least access that does the job, we do not copy that data anywhere it does not need to go, and access ends when the work does. What we build for you belongs to you.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number when you book a coaching call or a build call, we use it for one thing: texting you about that booking. A confirmation, a reminder the day before, a reminder an hour before with your join link, and a note if the session moves or is cancelled.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are never sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone, other than the messaging provider that delivers the text on our behalf.

Message frequency varies, typically 3 to 5 messages per booking.

Reply STOP to any message to stop them. Reply HELP for help, or email support@kaizeninfinity.com.
Giving us a mobile number is optional. You can book without one, and it is never a condition of buying anything.

This site runs without tracking cookies and without analytics. If that ever changes, this page changes first and says so plainly.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click. For access, correction, or deletion of anything we hold about you, email support@kaizeninfinity.com and it is handled.

If this policy changes, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. No silent edits.
