Short version: book a call, show up, we do real work together. Prices are shown before you pay, your business stays yours, and if anything about a payment ever feels off, email us. A human answers.
Who we are
Kaizen Infinity Inc. does two things. We build AI and automation systems for business owners: working sessions, monthly build partnerships, and done-for-you installs. And we coach: one to one calls and group sessions on building the business and the habits behind it. These terms cover both, this website, all of our booking pages, and the services you buy from us.
Booking and payment
- The price you see before you confirm is the price. Nothing is added afterwards.
- Paid sessions are paid at the time of booking. Ongoing work is billed on the term you agreed.
- Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Calls where we work out whether to work together are free. No card, no catch.
Text messages
Kaizen Infinity appointment notifications, for both coaching calls and build calls. If you give us your mobile number on one of our booking forms, at book.kaizeninfinity.com or book.kaizeninfinity.ai, you are agreeing, directly with us, to be texted about that booking.
- What you get: a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, a reminder an hour before with your join link, and a note if the session is moved or cancelled.
- Where from: +1 902 706 4934.
- How often: message frequency varies, typically 3 to 5 messages per booking.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message to end all texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@kaizeninfinity.com.
- Optional: giving us a mobile number is not required to book, and consent to be texted is not a condition of buying anything. That consent is given to Kaizen Infinity alone, and is never sold, shared, or passed to anyone else.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our delivery guarantee
Where we state a delivery window, we mean it. If we say your first build is live in 14 days and it is not, you do not pay for that build. The clock starts the day we have the access we need from you, not the day you pay, because we cannot build inside systems we cannot reach.
Rescheduling and refunds
Life happens. Every booking confirmation includes a link to reschedule. If something goes wrong with a payment or you cannot make a session work, email support@kaizeninfinity.com and we will sort it out like humans.
What we promise, and what we do not
- We promise real work. You leave with something running, not a slide deck.
- We do not promise business results. What you earn depends on your business and what you do with what we build. Anyone who guarantees you revenue is selling you something else.
- What we build rides on third-party platforms. Those platforms change their rules sometimes. When they do we adapt, but we do not control them.
Your stuff, our stuff
- What we build for you in a paid engagement belongs to you: your workflows, your data, your accounts. It keeps running if you stop working with us.
- Our website content, brand, methods, and training materials belong to us. Use what you learn in your business freely. Do not resell or republish our materials as your own.
Access to your systems
Building inside your tools means we hold access to them for a while. We take the least access that does the job, we do not use it for anything other than the work, and it ends when the work does. If you want it revoked sooner, revoke it. Nothing we build depends on us keeping a key.
Fair use
Do not abuse the booking system, do not scrape this site, do not use our services for anything illegal. We can decline or cancel service to anyone acting in bad faith. If we ever did that with money on the table, the money comes back.
Liability
To the extent the law allows: our services are provided as-is, and our total liability for anything arising from them is capped at the amount you actually paid us. We are builders, not insurers.
The legal frame
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If a piece of these terms is ever found unenforceable, the rest stays standing.
Changes
If these terms change, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. No silent edits.
